RICO FILMES is a Production Company founded by the Director and Journalist Bruno Rico that works with commercial, institutional and independent cinema projects.

As a Director. Bruno is specially envolved with social and artistic themes. 

 

He's the Director and Producer of "Fluxes" (2022), and of the shorts JAZSMETAK (2020), Piece of a Quiet Dream (2015), Inside Out (2012) and The Kidnapping of Brazilian Culture (2006) - winning awards in Brazil and in US.

Bruno is also the Director of Photograph of the feature documentaries Negro em Mim (Macca Ramos / 2020), O Olhar do Boto, (Aguilar & Gananian / 2017), and the editor of Cia. Mungunzá: a deep relationship with the Theater (Lucas Bêda / 2021) and FLOPS (Lucas Rangel / LR / 2020).

Before working with Cinema, Bruno was a Reporter and also an art teacher for homeless people in São Paulo. He studied Cinema in New York Film Academy (Los Angeles / 2015), and has teached Direction of Photography in the University PUC-SP (2018).
