The rise of Chávez revolutionized Venezuela. It eradicated illiteracy, reduced poverty, universalized essential services, and became an international socialist symbol. But today the country is experiencing a deep crisis, with its people jobless and leaving the country. In this film, we follow characters from both sides of the border with Brasil to understand a little bit more about the destinies of the Bolivarian revolution.
